Leadership is defined in many ways. but not least of all is defined more effectively in terms of results.
An Average leader will tell you what needs to be done. A Good Leader explains what has to be done and a Superior leader will demonstrate what needs to be done, but a GREAT Leader will inspire others to do things they perhaps do not wish to do – willingly.
Every person at some point in time will be in a leadership role where they will have to do things from time to time that will question their sense of worth and their ethical nature when dealing with stakeholders, superiors, co-workers, customers, prospects, friends, relatives and even children.
To be an effective leader you must be a strong originator. In other words you must be able to originate a well reasoned constructive idea and be able to hold that idea in your mind. And as you concentrate on that idea you will need to use your higher faculties to assess, evaluate and determine if you should accept or reject the idea as being untenable or implausible, or alternatively, viable and probable.
It’s important to understand that being a strong originator alone does not make you an effective leader. You must also be capable of becoming subjective or open minded to another person’s idea within the confines of that idea and carry it through to completion.
A true leader is led from within and the effective leader will always appear quiet calm and seemingly confident. They do not waver or deviate from the pre-determined objective and they remain focused and confident because they know instinctively that they are moving in the right direction.
This program will reset the parameters of leadership and take you from where you are right now to a place you never thought possible. A place that will allow you to lead yourself or your team to levels of success previously thought unattainable !
